The Role:

As the Digital Project Manager, you will work with global and regional stakeholders to  manage the full project lifecycle for all web and mobile projects (covering e-commerce, social media and online marketing).  You will manage requirements gathering, scoping, design and development.  You will be generating ideas and prioritising workflow to deliver exciting projects efficiently and effectively. This is a great opportunity to be involved in delivering leading consumer and business facing products and projects to international audiences and stakeholders.

Key duties:

• Manage the full project life cycle for projects on all web and mobile applications
• Own the discovery and design phases, working with the global and regional stakeholders to determine business benefit, requirements and design
• Work directly with developers and other external agencies to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of projects
• Respond to and manage change requests from stakeholders across the business
• Manage relationships with various technology suppliers and partners
• Recognise opportunities for improvement and champion process evolution
• Document systems & processes for managing online and mobile properties
• Support an awesome user base of fun travellers who are passionate about the brand

The Person:

The ideal candidate will come from a Digital Project Management or Business Analyst background and already have a strong track-record of project delivery. An understanding of e-commerce environments is essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Travel sector experience is great, but not essential. It is more important that you can work as part of a team, whilst getting your hands dirty in this fast-paced environment.
