Our client unites e-commerce and digital technology, fashion retail & marketing professionals in a single agency, offering fashion businesses a one-stop shop for all their digital requirements.

Fashion brands as well as retailers benefit from their combination of strategic consulting, custom design and development services, and their ability to engage, convert and retain customers with unique digital experiences. They work closely with all of their clients’ teams to understand every facet of their brand, they then translate these findings into bespoke Demandware and Magento solutions that are designed to link brand experiences and drive commercial success.

They are in a phase of high growth on an International basis and are keen to support this with exceptionally high calibre Sales professionals.

The Role:

This role will see you work alongside the Founder and Managing Director, with a view to taking ownership and running all sales related activity in the medium term. The here and now is that they need exceptional candidates to help them meet the demand the market is generating.

This is a new business focused role, albeit with a super consultative edge. There is a very healthy pipeline to run with that requires attention, as well as a high number of new opportunities that present themselves on a weekly basis.

The Person:

The ideal candidates will have a successful track record of performance in e-commerce sales. If this has been gained in a development environment where Demandware or Magento are used that would be advantageous although this is by no means essential. The key will be understanding e-commerce and how the whole ecosystem fits together to create a compelling proposition for the consumer.

We are looking for a hungry Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience who is looking for a real challenge. You must be comfortable in generating new business, and owning the whole sales cycle.

You should be very commercially astute with a consultative sales approach and able to build solid relationships.
