The Company:

My client is one of the leading specialist travel companies in the UK and is now one of the most visited e-commerce sites in the UK.  They have been hugely successful thanks largely to the proposition itself but also because they are genuinely innovative and always looking to improve.  They are now looking to recruit a Display Marketing Executive to help boost their in-house digital knowledge.

The Role:

You will be responsible for running Display campaigns across paid social, DSPs and retargeting. The primary focus will be driving sales that are incremental to the existing search and affiliate channels.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Drive sales, new user acquisition and engagement
• Execute Display campaigns across paid social (e.g. Facebook, Twitter), DSPs (e.g. Mediamath) and retargeting platforms (e.g. Criteo)
• Setup direct relationships with publishers, e.g. DSPs, define bidding strategies, optimise to a set revenue target and report results on a regular basis
• Work closely with the database marketing, product development and business intelligence teams to manage seamless data integration
• Source and implement “best in class” display technology infrastructure

The Person:

This role requires a commercially-minded display executive, most likely coming from an agency or publisher background. An understanding of paid/biddable media is hugely advantageous. You will need to be comfortable with building campaigns yourself and have the ability to liaise with both technical and commercial stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to make the move in to a client-side role, where you can develop your broader digital understanding and work with a leading e-commerce brand.
