The Company:

Our client is a specialist Online Retailer that operates within the B2C and B2B markets. With a market leading proposition they enjoyed significant growth since their inception and are a now a multi-million turnover business with private equity backing. Due to substantial international growth, they are looking to hire a talented SEO Manager to drive customer acquisition.

The Role:

• Manage, plan and execute SEO strategies for the website and mobile platforms.
• Test, plan and execute SEO initiatives to drive positive improvements to ROI. 
• Conduct Site audits and site structure improvements, including internal linking
• Work with external agencies and in-house teams to build quality linking and develop off page strategies
• Manage conversion tracking and analysis using tools such as Google analytics
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of SEO strategies in generating increased web traffic and organic revenue.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to determine ways to increase page rankings.
• Managing stakeholders internally and regularly reporting on SEO performance on an international scale

The Person:

You will be a degree educated and extremely talented SEO Manager with a deep understanding of all aspects of SEO but particularly technical SEO.  Your experience will have been gained working agency or client side on a large e-commerce website and you will have a good understanding of HTML, CSS and XML.  You will be extremely detailed oriented with the ability to focus at a granular level and have a demonstrable track record of successfully implementing SEO strategies that drive increased traffic and revenue.
