Our client is a global leader in consumer insights, who work with some of the world’s largest brands to conduct research with customers across various demographics and drastically improve their clients’ ROI. The Role:

The role will mainly focus on the retention of a consumer-base in excess of 3.5 million, where you’ll orchestrate marketing communication and manipulate the marketing mix towards driving greater user engagement. Driving lifetime value is a key priority and you’ll lead a team of 8 enthusiastic professionals towards delivering this strategic goal. In addition to this, you’ll have involvement in successful lead generation programs, utilising online media to drive traffic. As the senior leader of the digital marketing team you’ll offer support, guidance and inspiration at a local level which is much needed in our complex matrix structure. As such you’ll be part of the EMEA leadership team, liaising with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver results against demand.

The Person:

We are looking for a highly intellectual and driven individual to join a like-minded team. This role requires you to have an in depth knowledge of all online acquisition and retention tactics, with a clear focus on engaging consumers and ensuring that your are delivering against business targets. The ability to lead a team is imperative as is a proven track-record within an international environment. We are looking for candidates from a consumer-led background.  .
