UK Sales Director – E-Commerce Ad Retargeting

The Company:

Just Digital are working with a retargeting technology business who deliver outstanding digital advertising across display, online video, mobile, and Social. They target Ecommerce custom audiences by using both search results and retailer data, focusing on purchase intent which drives new customer acquisition rather than addressing basket abandonment issues serviced by more traditional retargeting technologies.
By capturing the consumer earlier in the buying cycle they yield outstanding results. 

They are on the cusp of securing a major round of funding which will drive major International expansion.        

They urgently need a UK Sales Director to capitalise on the huge opportunity that exists.

The Role:

This person will own all UK revenues, including both new client’s acquisition and growth of existing.  This is a player/manager role which still requires an individual contribution, although the ultimate goal is to achieve the UK revenue goals and strategic objectives.

Overtime you will be expected to recruit and lead a team, with two additional hires expected to be required within the first 3-6 months. 

The Person:

This role requires specific experience of selling E-Commerce related advertising solutions.

They are a US business at the early stages of development in the UK, and although there is a small team in place they are looking for industry and experience and territory knowledge to help accelerate growth.

We are looking for 5 years + sales experience selling tech (SaaS) into E-Commerce. In return, you will be well remunerated and receive a significant stock amount once you have been with the company for a set period of time.

There is a plan in place for this business to IPO so there is a strong opportunity to secure your financial future.
