The Company:

Our client is an established Consumer Finance organisation. They are on the verge of a huge digital innovation project within their Retail Banking division and have created a new team to spearhead this initiative. They are investing heavily in this area and are looking to recruit a Senior Digital Strategy Manager, initially on a 12 month contract, to help scope and shape the digital landscape and deliver compelling customer propositions.

The Role:

This is a broad role where you will be tasked with developing digital strategies from scratch. The role will encompass designing and building digital propositions, optimising customer journeys, educating internal stakeholders and implementing digital campaigns to support the wider customer strategy. With a focus on innovation, you will assess digital opportunities and help the business with improving internal and external processes, whilst developing the right platform for them to continue growing from.

The Person:

We’re looking for a Digital native with an understanding of digital innovation and development, as well as optimising user journeys and experiences. You will ideally have gained this experience across multiple sectors, including Financial Services. As this is a 12 month contract, you will be expected to hit the ground running and demonstrate previous examples of where you have achieved success in a similar environment. UK market experience is vital as is excellent communication skills.
