The Company:

Our client is one of the world’s leading technology brands with a reputation for producing innovative and high quality products.  With a sizeable and ever increasing presence in the mobile sector they are looking to further build their digital team and hire a Social Media expert to develop global strategies.

The Role:

As the Senior Social Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for developing global social programs, tools and infrastructure, training, governance and policies, whilst owning all corporate social channel strategies. This role is about the future of Social Media and ensuring that the company are scoping out any relevant platforms they should be involved with in near or distant future.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the future global social strategy
• Constantly monitor and analyse social media trends and platforms
• Communicate processes, policies, performance, quality expectations, technical and product updates
• Optimise all social engagement and acquisition activities efforts and provide in-depth reporting, analysis and recommendations
• Conduct performance reviews, ad-hoc reports and projects, and ongoing optimization around operations and social media marketing deliveries
• Establish and maintain strong, interdepartmental ties with key internal and external stakeholders

The Person:

We’re looking for candidates with a strong technical and commercial understanding of Social Media, within a consumer facing and preferably international organisation. You will demonstrate the ability to build a world-class social media presence that engages, drives acquisition and strengthens the relationships with target audiences worldwide. This is not a content driven role and you will not be expected to build campaigns yourself. Along with a deep knowledge of all established, emerging and local social platforms, you will have strong business acumen and be able to translate commercial and marketing objectives into social strategies.
