Our client unites e-commerce and digital technology, fashion retail & marketing professionals in a single agency, offering fashion businesses a one-stop shop for all their digital requirements.

Fashion brands as well as retailers benefit from their combination of strategic consulting, custom design and development services, and their ability to engage, convert and retain customers with unique digital experiences. They work closely with all of their clients’ teams to understand every facet of their brand, they then translate these findings into bespoke Demandware and Magento solutions that are designed to link brand experiences and drive commercial success.

They are in a phase of high growth on an International basis and are keen to support this with exceptionally high calibre digital professionals.

The Role:

You will be the key project manager for the delivery of all digital, design & build project for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing web builds: Rich media creative formats, Mobile, Micro-sites Leader, MPU, Sky, Emails, Apps style designs and Content production
• Liaising directly with the digital sales team, editorial, developers, designers, clients and agencies
• Daily stand-up meetings to ensure flow of information between all departments, agreeing priorities required with the Production teams, and highlighting any new briefs that need to be included in the workflow.
• Set up and manage briefing meetings to brief in new integrations with editorial, design, sales and production, agreeing deliverables, responsibilities and actions required
• Work with the relevant development and commercial production teams to ensure that all work adhere to both time and budgetary guidelines

The Person:

You should be an excellent and well experienced Project Manager. This agency partners with Demandware & Magento, so experience with these platforms is a huge advantage! You must be both technically and commercially savvy and happy working with developers & designers, with the ability to influence and manage timescales to stick to the project timeline. Knowledge of project management methodologies is essential.
