The Role:

As the Digital Optimisation Executive, you will manage all A/B and MVT campaigns within the digital eco-system – maximising toolsets available (Test & Target, Ensighten, Session Replay).

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing both summary and in depth reporting for all A/B & Multi variant tests
• Turning high level business requirements into viable optimisation solutions
• Leading the production of all test plans ensuring any test answers the appropriate commercial questions
• Being the digital optimisation subject matter expert, enabling the wider digital team to eliminate commercial risk for digital changes
• Managing internal & external resource to ensure optimisation tools are evolved and that the company takes advantage of technology development and enhancements
• Advising the business teams on the optimal ways to utilise optimisation tools

The Person:

This role would suit a Digital Optimisation Executive looking to make a move in to a large online business and utilise your knowledge of website testing and conversion optimisation. It is important that you are familiar with testing tools (ideally Adobe Test & Target). We are open to considering applications from candidates from agency or in-house backgrounds, it’s more important that you can demonstrate the ability to work across multiple stakeholder levels and communicate effectively with divisions across the business.

You must already have the right to live and work in the UK as sponsorship is not available.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 plus 10% bonus & excellent benefits
