The Role:

In this role, you will oversee the planning, development and deployment of all communications to the customer base. This will include mapping all on-going customer journeys and agreeing proposition solutions for customer segments. You will own the campaign targets, monitor and adapt plans to keep in-line with objectives and market changes/trends.  You will have regular interface with the internal design, content and brand teams to develop sharper, engaging and relevant communications to the customer base.  In addition, you will manage external agencies including day-to-day contact, budget spend, performance and quality, quarterly business reviews and planning sessions.  You will also manage and mentor one customer marketing executive.

The Person:

We are looking for CRM experts with a passion for developing and implementing cutting edge digital and offline customer communication programmes. You must have experience with triggered, blanket and managed base communications. You will ideally have gained this experience within a large Retail, Telecommunications or Media business. Prior team management experience is helpful. This role requires a solid understanding of the UK marketplace.
