The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for the management, planning and execution of the “CRM Development & New Initiatives” strategy for acquiring/retaining customers across all touch points.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM strategic initiatives and step change the way customer data is valued, collected and used to communicate with customers
  • Drive and manage the monthly planning process, looking for new opportunities to acquire/retain customers
  • Drive quality customer data collection through all channels and looking for new opportunities to capture customer data
  • Develop and deliver contact strategy for new product launches and oversee deployment of the communication plan
  • Compile weekly reporting and provide updates to the CRM team and wider business
  • Own campaign targets, monitor and adapt plans accordingly to keep in-line with business objectives and market changes/trends
  • Manage implementation of campaigns, including customer targeting, creative development and liaise with creative & production suppliers to make sure projects run to time and budget
  • Managing and reconciling budget on a monthly basis to make costs efficiencies where appropriate
  • Manage relationship with agencies and suppliers including day to day contact, budget spend, performance and quality
  • Ensuring that campaign tracking, measurement, evaluation and reporting have been considered for all activities
  • Work with other teams within Customer Marketing to ensure best practice


The Person:

We are looking for CRM experts with a successful track record in building multichannel strategies. It is vital that you can demonstrate strong stakeholder management experience, as well as the ability to work with large teams to develop a consistent strategy. You will ideally have gained this experience within a large Retail, Telecommunications or Media business. Prior team management experience is helpful. This role requires a solid understanding of the UK marketplace.
