The Company:

We are recruiting for a leading Website Management platform for global enterprises. Its powerful yet easy-to-use online dashboard transforms how marketing and technical teams work together to optimise the quality and compliance of their web properties and drive business growth.

The Role:

This role forms part of the team delivering excellent service to clients, ensuring a high quality and punctual product release.

It will also line manage Support Specialists, ensuring they are motivated and high-performing. This is a role that requires logical thinking and an organised, people-focused approach.

You can expect to be involved in:

• Developing and sharing web standards and website management expertise
• Scoping new business with the Business Development team
• Facilitating API discussions with clients
• Attending pre-sprint planning meetings
• Contributing to client on-boarding and client management strategies
• Liaising with BD team on client engagement strategy

The Person:

This role requires a strong team manager with prior experience in working within an account management/client services environment, for an marketing technology or SaaS solutions provider. You must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with clients via telephone and in person. Technical proficiency in website standards/compliance would be hugely advantageous.
