We are recruiting for a leading Website Management platform for global enterprises. Its powerful yet easy-to-use online dashboard transforms how marketing and technical teams work together to optimise the quality and compliance of their web properties and drive business growth.

The Product Team delivers and supports web services for some of the world’s largest and most successful companies. It also provides web expertise to clients and data analysis for internal use.

This role forms part of this team, ensuring a high quality and punctual product release. It will also monitor the integrity of mission-critical data within their systems. This is a role that requires analytical and logical thinking, and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex data.

Responsibilities to include:

• End-to-end management of client requests and product support calls, delivering responses to agreed deadlines
• Analysis and data QA of clients’ platforms
• Monitoring system data collected for clients, and identifying any potential problems. Liaising with people across the company to get these resolved.
• Delivering client training sessions
• Liaising with Technical Operatives regarding system configuration changes required
• Preparing product demos
• Contributing to the punctual delivery of new web platforms
• Effective use of internal communication tools, including Salesforce, Jira and Confluence

Desired Skills and Experience

Must either:

• hold an information or data-based degree with a demonstrable working knowledge of web technologies and standards, for example having created your own website
• or have 1+ years’ experience in website management or web project management with good knowledge of web technologies, including HTML and CSS and using content management systems.
