The Company:

We are working with an amazing online beauty retailer with genuine determination to offer the best products the market has to offer. They are currently experiencing rapid growth and with 45% of their traffic coming from international markets, this is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of their inevitable success on a global-scale.

The Role:

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving awareness, traffic and revenue via tactical marketing campaigns in line with the overall brand strategy.  You will predominantly manager affiliates and email marketing campaigns, but you will have exposure to all digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement the annual marketing plan in conjunction with the Marketing Director
• Manage new and existing channels, including SEM, affiliates and partnerships to maximise customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth
• Work with external agency partners/in-house stakeholders to deliver and continually optimise profitable campaigns ensuring targets are met and exceeded
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, set KPIs and objectives and analyse performance against them to drive insights and recommendations to inform future campaigns
• Improve customer retention and grow customer spend through innovative ways to target, reward and delight our customers using a full mix of communication channels including the website, transactional emails, customer service and order inserts.
• Research, identify and implement new online traffic and customer acquisition opportunities
• Ensure that all activity supports overall brand strategy

The Person:

This is a great opportunity for a hungry digital executive to become part of something big. You will need prior experience in digital marketing, ideally affiliate and email marketing. Industry experience isn’t important, as long as you have a working knowledge of consumer focused marketing. Most importantly, you will be ROI driven and have the ability to work within a hands-on environment.
