This early stage business was established in 2010 and has already achieved major success in the UK and Nordics.

Their omni-channel technology offering delivers real-time profiling and predictive intelligence which allows Ecommerce businesses to target specific visitor groups at the precise moment when intervention means the difference between basket abandonment and a sale. They have achieved significant success quickly and have secured business with major global brands.

They are at the start of the growth cycle so this is the prime time to be joining.

We are now looking for a high-calibre EMEA Marketing Manager to drive demand for the sales team on an International basis.

The Role:

The EMEA Marketing Manager will help to grow sales and market reach using the latest demand generation tools. Reporting to the EMEA MD, the Marketing Manager will use best practices in email marketing, marketing automation, search-engine marketing as well as producing exceptional content.

They will also be looking to embark on an events programme so you will be expected to devise and implement effective strategies around these.

This is a start-up environment so you will know how to set-up and then execute effectively.

The EMEA Marketing Manager will perform all or some of the following:

  • Design lead-generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, customer research and automated communications programs
  • Design a Marketing Dashboard: build and maintain a metric tracking system that makes it easy to identify where Company need to focus our efforts
  • Build campaigns and lead-nurturing programs using Marketo or similar; setup and execute tactical tasks associated with customized landing pages, e-mail campaigns and lead scoring rules
  • Setup online lead gen tools such as Google AdWords and other advertising vehicles
  • Create a marketing dashboard of key performance indicators that is automatically updated to reflect current marketing activity
  • Deploy marketing programs, secure third party lists, collect emails through web-forms and launch e-mail marketing programs, webinar and other content marketing activity
  • Create a marketing analytics dashboard that is used to continuously refine and improve Company lead-generation efforts and enable Company to make data-driven decisions
  • Make the dashboard visually engaging and highly actionable. Perform A/B testing on all elements of marketing mix (lists, e-mail templates, landing pages, offers, etc.) and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct customer research to identify ways to improve conversion rates. Assist the different marketing and product management departments with market research projects, coding and fielding surveys and running analysis
  • Distill data from analytics and implement improvements to Company lead-generation programs
  • Perform regular tracking of marketing performance. Integrate recommendations into the Design phase as Company continuously improve its engine
  • Continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize ROI


The Person:

This is a start-up therefore you will have previous experience in similar SaaS high growth businesses. You will thrive when you are tasked with formulating and executing highly effective marketing plans for SaaS organisations.

You will have shown you can thrive is a highly autonomous, fast paced environment where you will need to multi-task.

As well as exceptional levels of attention to detail, you will also be adept at working with marketing automation platform such as Eloqua, Marketo or similar.
