Farfetch is a global community of over 300 visionary fashion boutiques offering an inspirational shopping experience to fashion-forward consumers.
Founded in 2008, with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, São Paulo and Porto, Farfetch showcases over 1000 labels and is dedicated to supporting independent fashion and to the cultural diversity that comes from uniting the perspectives of hundreds of different buyers, each with their own unique style and vision.
As a new business in an extremely competitive market, Farfetch were challenged with finding a team of senior managers to help develop their international digital presence. The biggest struggle was a lack of brand recognition, which meant that driving candidate attraction directly was difficult.
How we helped
We worked directly with the COO and Digital Marketing Director to implement a recruitment plan focused initially around senior level roles with a view to recruiting executives and assistants beneath them. We worked towards very specific timescales and ensured we were able to shortlist by an agreed date.

We successfully filled four key roles for the business, which developed the initial framework for their digital team. We then went on to assist on various ad-hoc requirements.
