As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for growing client relationships and managing their entire lifecycle, from the point of onboarding through to planning and then implementing the solution.
You will be expected to spot growth opportunities within new and existing client accounts, but also collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
Regular contact is imperative and you will need to be proactive in analysing customer progress and reporting back to them.
You will be the go-to person for industry expertise, insights and best practices. Your ultimate goal will be client retention, which will happen naturally through providing the best possible solutions based on the client’s needs.
We are looking for proven Customer Success experts, with experience in the marketing technology sector (ideally ESPs/CRM systems) or within a digital marketing agency.
It’s important that you can demonstrate the ability to successfully manage several high-profile accounts, as well as a track-record in growing client growth/revenue. This is a commercially-driven CSM role, so it’s important that you are comfortable with upselling.
