As Senior Customer Success Manager, you will lead a team of four Customer Success Executives who are tasked with managing a large portfolio of accounts.
Retention rates have traditionally been strong, averaging at 97% and they are looking for this person to implement the structure and strategy that ensures this impressive performance is sustained as the business rapidly expands. They are targeting 500% growth over the next three years and the customer success function will be instrumental in helping them achieve their goal.
As well as leading and managing the team, you will also manage a portfolio of high spending, large group accounts.
This is not a hard sell customer success function; however, there are upsell and retention objectives underpinning the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
We are looking for an experienced SaaS Customer Success Manager who can demonstrate exceptional Account Management craft and strong leadership skills.
Ideally, you will be operating within EdTech; however, the priority is great experience and success in SaaS account management roles.
It’s vital you understand the technicalities of customer success teams and how best to structure them to achieve a strong performance. You will understand the importance of using data and analysis to identify opportunities and head off potential problems.
