There is a shared determination to achieve great things from the whole team and we are looking for an experienced Customer Success manager who shares their insatiable appetite for learning, humility and drive to join an outstanding team.
Reporting into the Head of Customer Success, you’ll work in a close-knit team of 9, and manage a portfolio of new and existing mid-market software accounts.
You’ll be helping to address a unique challenge of understanding each customers’ needs and strategic objectives right from the seamless onboarding process and onwards into long term partnerships.
You’ll build great relationships with the CEOs and CTOs of the software businesses you support, delivering the best experience for them and their businesses from the very beginning.
You’ll be responsible for successful product adoption and ongoing management of key accounts.
You’ll be expected to drive engagement, ensure high participation, and increase of feature adoption where possible.
Acting as a customer liaison and consultant, you will coordinate the activities of Solution Architects, Support, Product, and Management teams to exceed desired objectives and customers’ expectations.
We’d love to hear from you if you have around 3 years-experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Manager or Integration Consultant role (or equivalent combination of experience.
Ideally, you will have gained experience working with SaaS, eCommerce or payments products.
