Marketing Manager - Enterprise SaaS

Marketing Manager – Enterprise SaaS

Salary up to: £50000

Job Ref: ZR_49A_JOB

The Company

We are working with a high-growth enterprise SaaS business that has created a range of end-to-end customer experience solutions for enterprise businesses. They help companies across Financial Services, Telecoms, Utilities and the Public Sector to engage with their users/customers by drastically reducing customer journey times.

With offices already across the UK, Canada and the US, they are targeting global expansion and have secured a recent round of funding to help them achieve this. Areas of growth will include Europe and APAC, as well as continuing to develop their US presence.

Having hired a Marketing Director 2 years ago, the business is now looking for a digital-savvy Marketing Manager, to help further develop their ABM strategy through the use of digital acquisition channels.

The Role

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing the company’s digital strategy, overseeing the set-up and implementation of digital channels (specifically SEO, PPC and retargeting), as well as the technology used to deliver across these channels.

Your first 3-6 months will be about setting up these channels, understanding what works and what doesn’t – and then optimising the strategy accordingly, in line with the account-based marketing strategy.

Thereafter, you will head up a fast-growing Marketing team and manage a broader mix of B2B Marketing channels.

Success in this role will come in the form of qualified leads through inbound channels. It’s also important that you continue to work closely with global sales counterparts.

The Person

We are looking for a B2B Marketer with proven SaaS experience. Ideally, you will also have an understanding of marketing an enterprise-level solution, but that’s not vital. What is important is that you are comfortable working in a start-up environment and have previous success working across international markets.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing in a B2B environment, but it would also be hugely advantageous if you’ve worked within an account-based marketing set-up too.

This is a UK-based role which requires you to have the right to live/work in this country without sponsorship but does offer international opportunities in the long-term.
