They operate in a casual, high-tech environment, work hard, have a lot of fun and enjoy bringing together some of the smartest and friendliest people around. They are now looking to add to their UK ranks, starting with an Enterprise Sales Director.
You will have an opportunity to create relationships with C-level Executives at some of the top companies in the world while adding to the growth of great business and its client list.
The objective of your role will be to drive sales by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sale opportunities, primarily in tier 1 multi-channel retailers, as well as Travel, Financial Services, Telecommunications and brand manufacturers.
You will partner with an Inside Sales Executive to strategically target pre-identified accounts and maximise the potential from your territory. You will have fully qualified leads to follow-up on and will be involved throughout the sales process from introduction, through to post-sale handover.
The package will comprise of a basic salary up to £85,000 plus 100% OTC.
The ideal candidate is someone who has experience selling SaaS solutions to online divisions of Retail, Travel, Financial Services, Telecoms and/or major brand manufacturers. The more experience you have with these organisations, the better. The solutions are focused on onsite optimisation, so a background in selling online marketing or e-commerce solutions is a big plus. Candidates with a background in Web Analytics, Enterprise level email solutions and e-commerce solutions have also proven to be particularly successful!
If you don’t have this background, it’s essential you have SaaS new business experience at enterprise level and can demonstrate the ability to learn the ropes quickly and bring a perspective that can easily be adapted.

Flexibility and a desire to constantly learn and push yourself is absolutely required to succeed in this environment.
