Following a period of incredible performance, they are looking to grow their Product and Marketing teams to support the company’s international growth plans.
As the company’s first Product Designer, this is a great opportunity to become a part of the company’s projected growth and shape the Product Design team.
You will incorporate user requirements with business objectives to design solutions that are as simple as they are effective. Your products will be designed to disrupt, not just optimise and you will focus on creating the best user experiences possible.
To help you create these experiences, you will conduct user interviews and draw out insights from the data to understand what customers want, as well as the problems/challenges they face. You will also collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define new features and success metrics.
The successful candidate will come from a Product/UX design background – and already have a strong understanding of SaaS/Tech solutions. It’s also important that you have previous start-up experience and are comfortable operating in this environment.
We’re looking for a Product Designer that is experienced in conducting user interviews, analysing results and making suggestions based on their findings.
You must be a team player and have the ability to talk to both commercial and technical peers.
