Our client is a VC-backed SaaS business. They support and provide solutions for some of the world’s leading tech brands, such as Facebook, Spotify and Microsoft, helping them to create better customer experiences and bug-free usability – all within a record-breaking time for their industry.
As an Employer, they offer a great working culture and participate in a quarterly team bucket list activity, to help build better relationships across the business.
Following a period of incredible performance, they are looking to grow their commercial teams to support the company’s international growth plans.
The Product Growth Manager is a newly created role, which will be responsible for growing the QA tester database, which forms a key part of the company’s solution.
You will oversee, acquisition, engagement and retention strategies – applying growth hacking techniques to develop the database quickly and efficiently.
Naturally, you will apply data to your everyday role, utilising insights to predict customer requirements and areas of growth potential.
You will lead a small team of developers and have access to a shared design and marketing function, but you will also be expected to remain hands-on in this early-stage business.
This role requires a start-up growth expert, with previous product/growth hacking experience. B2C experience will be considered an advantage especially if that experience was gained within a marketplace, but we’re open to hearing from B2B candidates as well.
It is essential that you have a strong background in data analysis and that you are comfortable in working within an agile environment.
It would be helpful if you have international experience, but it is more important that you can work together with technical and commercial teams.
Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role.
