Our client helps international retailers deliver multichannel shopping experiences with innovative cloud-based technology solutions and consultancy services.
As part of a global media group, they boast an enviable customer base across 45 markets and are responsible for delivering innovative e-commerce solutions for their clients.
They are now looking to hire a Programme Manager, who will be responsible for delivering marketing technology strategies and integrations.
Working in a delivery team of 6, you will be the go-to expert for all matters related to marketing technology and will be accountable for the successful delivery of customer programs.
You will work closely with senior commercial and technical stakeholders, helping to identify requirements, build project roadmaps and forecast budgets and revenue.
It will be down to you to keep your thumb on the pulse of the MarTech industry, understanding the latest software and platforms and advising clients on the best solutions for them.
You will also be involved in typical service delivery responsibilities, including project reviews, handling issues/escalations and seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
This role will predominantly be office-based (London), with some travel to client offices from time to time.
We’re looking for applicants with a proven background in delivering marketing technology programs/projects. It is also vital that you have previous experience within an agency/client-facing environment.
Ideally, you’ll have prior experience in working within e-commerce, although this isn’t a requirement. It’s more important that you are a fluent communicator and can be a positive representative of the business.
You will need to demonstrate strong commercial and technical skills and will also be expected to be very hands-on in the early stages of this role, as the team develops.
