This is a rare business who have been able to gain considerable success without the need to raise external funding, and can now boast an enviable client base across multiple industry sectors. They can include Disney, L’Oreal, Puma, BBC and many other similar names amongst their customers.
They have recently achieved a key milestone on their planned growth trajectory and are now looking to immediately hire three new sales executives to continue towards their Global goals.
The Account Executives will win new business from a personally built pipeline, as well as from Inbound marketing leads.
This business prides itself on developing a deep understanding of their prospects, and this thorough, research focused approach has worked brilliantly and allowed to be exceptionally focused on solving client problems, and adopt a solution orientated approach.
You’ll be comfortable working this way and understand the benefits of adopting a customer centric approach to selling.
Experimenting is encouraged if it enables you to develop new and creative ways of securing business that suits your personal style.
You’ll be aligned to an industry vertical where there is already a well-formed footprint of clients to reference.
Once up and running, you will be expected to achieve a monthly target of £30,000, which equates to two-three deals on an AOV of £10-15k.
We are looking for a minimum of two year’s quota-carrying sales experience in a SaaS sales role.
You won’t need specific domain expertise as the product is easy to learn; however, you’ll need strong commercial and emotional IQ, and understand how to craft commercially intelligent solutions to business problems.
There is a preference for empathy, questioning, curiosity and a genuine desire to understand your customer’s needs.
