Our client is a disruptive video content production platform, proving a truly scalable solution for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Google, eBay and Virgin.
Their bespoke platform and technology drastically reduces project timescales and enables their clients to deliver high-quality video content at a fraction of the cost of traditional video agencies.
Currently a team of 12, they are expecting to triple in size in 2018, and as they look to scale globally, they are looking to hire two additional SDRs who will be responsible for outbound lead generation.
The SDR team is responsible for generating qualified sales leads for the Business Development team.
You will utilise a combination of outbound sales channels to target prospects from specific industries, whilst working closely with BDMs to develop key targets within key accounts.
KPIs will include the number of qualified leads you develop, total pipeline value, follow up calls booked for the BD team and % conversion of leads to revenue.
Your commission will be uncapped and a realistic OTE will be in the region of £45,000!
We’re looking for degree-educated SDRs with at least one full year of lead generation and cold calling experience. Objection handling knowledge would be advantageous – but isn’t important.
We’re looking for tenacious and resilient professionals, who are hungry for success and ready to work in a competitive-but-rewarding environment.
Organisational skills are also important, as is the ability to work autonomously, given the early-stage nature of this business. It’s likely you will have previous experience in start-ups and be able to demonstrate positive results in this type of environment.
