We are urgently looking for an SDR Manager who loves coaching and helping sales people early in their careers achieve fantastic results.
This is the first SDR Manager to be hired by the business and the role has been created through rapid growth.
This is a pure management role with no direct quota, and your main objectives will be to coach and nurture the existing team of Sales Development Representative who are responsible for delivering a quota of fully qualified leads to the AE team.
You’ll also be expected to recruit at pace as the team is expected to grow from five to nine in the coming months.
The current team is split by region and ability level, and you’ll be expected to understand the needs of individuals and adopt a personal coaching style to deliver optimal performance.
Equally, you will play in key role in overall growth of the sales function and your input into strategy, spotting new opportunity and identification of general business improvement will be invaluable.
This is modern sales business who use a digital first approach to sales, backed by the latest technology and you should feel comfortable operating in this type of environment.
It’s essential you have a proven track record of managing or mentoring inside sales teams or lead generation functions within technology, preferable SaaS. It would be preferable your experience has been gained within a technical sales environment.
Proven coaching experience is essential at a time when the business is growing at such a tremendous pace.
Their culture is important, and they want to grow whilst retaining a start-up feel and open culture. You’ll need to be comfortable communicating with people at all levels, be high energy, confident and highly capable individual with an obsessive approach to learning.
