This company has over 2,000 clients spread across 30 countries. They are by far and away the market leader in digital communications within their chosen markets.


Their combination of creative agency skills and proprietary tech has lead to ongoing relationships with over 80% of FTSE 100 companies.


A recent round of investment and a plan to grow the business Internationally will create a number of roles on the coming months. As a priority we need a senior digital sales professional with a track record of securing business with Blue Chip clients.

The Role

This role will see you develop business with the FTSE 250. You will have a broad product portfolio and range of capabilities to offer clients, and therefore your target audience within these accounts will often involve multiple stakeholders. This typically starts with digital transformation and marketing, but can include HR, PR, and Communications teams such is the breadth of services on offer.


These include creative services, large scale digital development projects, including mobile, through to off the shelf SaaS solutions. It really is a compelling proposition with limited competition!


This is typically a “land and expand” sale where a small initial order can lead to significant ongoing revenue, so your ability to seek out pain points and maximise those opportunities is crucial.


The package will comprise of a basic salary up to £70,000 plus £50,000 OTC.


The Person

We are looking for a senior digital sales professional with experience of working to targets of £700- £1.2million. You could have worked in tech or with an agency selling to brands.


You will need to have sold solutions where a range of products have been available. Your ability to identify a client’s pain point and advise of an effective solution requires experience and strong commercial awareness.  You will know how to map account accounts, follow a structured account plan, and ultimately know what you are looking to achieve from a sale.
