1 Job Briefing
During a face to face meeting, we will gather all the necessary information to build a well structured candidate search and job marketing plan. This will include details about the company culture, day to day responsibilities and ideal backgrounds.
We will follow up with a summary document and confirmation of terms within 24 hours of this meeting, to ensure we have understood your brief, we have agreed KPIs and you are happy to commence with the search.
2 Candidate Sourcing & Shortlisting
We will build a tailored job marketing plan for each individual brief, to attract candidates from our existing networks and generate interest from new candidates, utilising a combination of job boards, paid social and AdWords campaigns (branded and/or unbranded). We aim to meet every applicant in person and thoroughly assess them against your brief. Our recommended shortlist of CVs will be submitted within no more than two weeks, along with summary notes and interview availability.
3 Process Management
We will oversee the interview scheduling process and will manage the project through to a successful completion, assisting with the on-boarding process including exchange of employment contracts and reference checks. Assignments will typically be completed within 6-8 weeks, depending on the brief.

Rather than paying for individual job postings, you’ll pay a simple monthly fee and have full exposure to relevant job boards and our database of existing candidates.
This will also include a multi-channel marketing campaign, including sponsored adverts across search engines and social media platforms.
All applications will be assessed and pre-qualified, which means you will only receive relevant candidates, who are interested in your business and relevant for your current or future requirements, all accessed through your recruitment portal.
Once a candidate is uploaded to your portal, you are free to contact them directly for immediate roles, or keep their details on file for future vacancies.
You can also hire multiple candidates and won’t pay anything else outside of your monthly subscription.
