DANIELLA PALUMBO
Daniella joined us at the beginning of the December 2009 having worked within the financial services industry for 3 years and spells within not for profit & retail prior to that.
Q. So what attracted you to Just Digital?
Having spent the majority of my career in the corporate world, I was looking for an environment with lots of autonomy and where I could have a big impact on the overall success of the business. I met with a few companies but Just Digital stood out as a company going places that offered excellent potential for personal development…..and I got an iPhone.
Q. How would you describe the typical working day?
I have quickly learned that there isn’t a typical working day. Things change at such a pace in this sector so you have to be able to multi task and re-prioritise your to do list pretty quickly! It’s undoubtedly challenging, but brilliant fun and gives you a real sense of achievement.
Q. In your opinion who should be thinking about a career with Just Digital?
Individuals who like being part of an ambitious team where good ideas are valued. You should genuinely enjoy work and be prepared to go the extra mile to be successful.
Q. And who should not?
Negative people and clock watchers.
