CONTINGENCY SEARCH

No placement, no fee. Following a detailed briefing we will search our live and historical database of candidates, all relevant job boards and advertise your vacancy confidentially for free. We aim to produce a shortlist of suitable candidates within an agreed timescale.

RETAINED/EXECUTIVE SEARCH

A more targeted approach that lends itself to higher level positions and roles that require very specific skill sets. Both active and passive job seekers are targeted, timescales are more easily managed as work is carried out on a project basis with higher success rates. The cost is the same as contingency but the payment structure is slightly different.

PROJECT RECRUITMENT

When a bespoke solution is required, we will adopt a project approach to recruitment.
Typically this is utilised when you have mulitple requirements or are looking to scale-up quickly. After carefully assessing the situation, we will pull together all our resource and experience to produce a plan and manage this through to a successful conclusion.
