The Role

 

The role of Account Manager is to act as a business consultant to large retail sellers, both pure-play and multi-channel.  You will be the key point of contact within the business and will be expected to deal with a variety of day to day tasks that will help the client increase performance. This will include product training, reviewing performance, and identifying up-sell opportunities or potential development areas.

 

Ultimately, you are the key component in ensuring clients goals and objectives are being met.      

 

The Person

 

Candidates must be intelligent, independent and flexible, with executive-level communication skills and a strong customer focus.   

 

We are looking for a minimum of 3 years experience in an Account Management or Client Services role, within eCommerce or Digital.  In this particular instance experience of dealing with or a keen interest in retail is a distinct advantage.  

 

You will relish working in a target orientated environment and enjoy going the extra mile to meet personal and professional objectives.

 

Passionate about the web and all things online, you will be able to form good working relationships quickly, multi task exceptionally and take pride in your attention to detail.
