Digital Sales Manager

Our client is one of the UK’s leading multimedia brands, with over 30 million customers in the UK alone! With their innovative products and propositions, they have developed a strong brand presence and seek to maintain that through the recruitment of a number of strong digital professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operational implementation and management of Knowledge Management in Digital Channels and ensure customers are able to find correct, complete, consistent and comprehensive answers to queries through all channels.

Key duties/accountabilities:

• Optimisation of the sales process and sales efficiency through accountability for the end to end online sales process via cross-functional management of other departments
• Identifying and understanding the existing digital and cross-function processes and systems and by socialising these they will display ownership and expertise in the digital channel
• Influencing and making things happen to obtain buy in and advocacy for change
• Drawing up a quarterly activation plan that outlines a range of digital projects
• Undertaking sales funnel and other project analysis to optimise customer activation and produce business cases when required to ensure sign-off and implementation of projects
• Monitoring and reporting back weekly on performance

We’re looking for a Digital Sales expert, ideally with prior experience in the telecoms or technology sectors. You will have a commercial mind-set and have the ability to drive improved conversions through digital channels. In this role you will liaise with stakeholders across the business, so it is vital that you are comfortable with influencing and negotiating at all levels, to ensure you are meeting business and role objectives.
