The quest for brilliance in this area has created a need for a number of high-profile roles as they look to further enhance the effectiveness of the web channel, as well as drive innovation for the benefit of their customers.

The Role:

The Web Analyst will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team, using the Omniture toolset to analyse significant traffic (12m visits per month). The team is accountable for a variety of data and insights, including customer journey analysis, digital marketing reporting, A/B & MVT testing, personalisation and mobile analytics.

Key responsibilities:

• Consulting with digital stakeholders to understand and document their requirements for reporting
• Designing and building reporting solutions using web analytics and other relevant tools - managing delivery of reporting solutions by third party suppliers
• Managing the roll out of new reporting solutions to stakeholders
• Pro-actively reviewing and analysing data in reports and providing commentary/recommendations to improve conversion and user experience
• Working with on-site implementation teams to ensure the Adobe implementation is current and meets business needs

The Person:

This is a great opportunity for a Web Analyst who is looking to work for a forward-thinking, innovative business with a huge focus on their digital channels. You must possess strong web analytics experience and have the ability to use advanced analytics tools. Prior experience of managing large transactional websites is hugely advantageous. Relocation support may be provided, but you must already have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available.
