The Company:

Our client is one of the UK’s leading specialist homewares businesses. With an emphasis on premium designs and contemporary styling they are one of the most exciting retailers in their sector. With aggressive, yet realistic growth targets over the next 5 years, they are looking for a commercially-minded E-Commerce Marketing Executive to join the team!

The Role:

This role is responsible for customer acquisition and driving traffic to the website using a number of digital marketing tactics:

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for Digital Marketing, including:
  - Acquisition (Paid Search is key)
  - CRM
  - SEO
• Web Merchandising
• Content & Social Media
• Performance metrics
• UX and Testing programme
• Manage team of two (Digital Marketing Assistant / Analyst)
• Manage the Development Roadmap and Development agency
• Key relationships include the Marketing and Merchandising teams

The Person:

We’re looking for a driven e-commerce professional with a strong commercial acumen. You will be comfortable with numbers & budgets and have prior experience of managing websites and customer acquisition campaigns.

Digital Marketing experience is key to aid traffic and customer acquisition. PPC is essential and ideally you should have good experience with CRM & SEO. Experience in online or multi-channel retail is preferred.
