The Company:

Our client is an early stage, London based, E-Commerce (SaaS) technology business on the cusp of a major expansion in the UK market.
Their growth so far has been tremendous (100% growth year on year) we want you to be part of this year’s exciting plans.

The Role:

This is a new role for the Company within a growing client services team – so it’s an excellent opportunity to make the role your own! We’re looking for someone to embrace the company proposition/service in order to enthuse clients. You’ll be an ambitious senior account manager who would love to work with leading E-Commerce retailers & some of the top global online companies. You will be the primary contact for clients, responsible for client satisfaction & building strong relationships leading to increased revenues from both new and existing clients. You will be expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to our clients.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded with a real enthusiasm for the digital world.  You need to be very customer focussed, with proven account management skills ideally within a SaaS or digital environment. You’ll be ambitious, motivated and thrive on creating, maintaining and enhancing client relationships. You will relish the opportunity to work in a growing business & team – comfortable using your own initiative. We need a confident communicator able to operate at senior levels, who can manage multiple accounts and effectively prioritise and manage workload. You should be target oriented keeping the long-term interests of the company in mind. An understanding or experience of best practice in web design, usability testing and E-Commerce would be an advantage. A pro-active, flexible and adaptable attitude is crucial, we need someone who does what is needed, and a “calm under pressure” outlook would always be advantageous.
