The Company:

Our client is a huge retail group with a truly global presence and a portfolio of well-known market leading high street brands.  They are undertaking a significant expansion of their e-commerce capabilities and are looking build a high quality in-house team with expertise across all aspects of Digital Marketing, Design, UX & Web Analytics.  As such they are looking to hire a talented Lead Digital Designer to ensure the site is optimised to provide a first class customer experience.

The Role:

As the Lead Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating high quality designs across all group websites in order to drive sales and engagement.  You will lead projects from end to end and create home pages, banner ads, on-site display ads, email templates and social applications.

Responsibilities:

• Build engaging HTML website landing pages
• Work on a range of interesting projects to develop the website
• Build dynamic email templates
• Build engaging landing pages that drive conversion
• Develop Social based campaigns and applications to engage with our audience
• Develop wireframes and concepts that improve the customer experience

The Person:

We are looking for an extremely talented Digital Designer with an innate understanding of what makes great design.  You will demonstrate strong HTML and CSS skills, responsive design experience and have worked on large-scale transactional websites. You will also have a strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
