The Company:

This is a unique opportunity for an up and coming Digital Marketing & E-Commerce specialist to make a real name for themselves in the world of fashion retail. With online and retail sales growing by the month, we are looking for a driven and ambitious e-commerce manager to join the business to focus and grow their online channel.

The business is at a positive turning point where direct to consumer sales are poised to take over retail sales. As such, we are looking for a talented Digital Expert who can take control and drive the growth of this key channel.

The Role:

You will be involved in all that is digital – from customer acquisition, using all traditional online channels to drive new customers to the website – SEO, PPC, CRM and Affiliates through to optimising customer journey, sales conversion and improving the shopper experience!

This is a fast paced environment where you will work and integrate with all aspects of the business from design & production to sales and marketing.

The Person:

We are looking for a lot in the right candidate – attitude, desire to achieve and succeed in a growing business; along with a real mix of digital & e-commerce skills. However, the opportunity is well worth it. With success this is a role that can develop into a head of department, managing and recruiting a best in class team who can continue the success of the business online in the UK and Internationally!

Only candiates from an online retail or fashion background will be considered for this role! As is those who are used to driving customer acquisition via key channels such as SEO, PPC & CRM.
