The Company:

We are recruiting for a leading Website Management platform for global enterprises. Its powerful yet easy-to-use online dashboard transforms how marketing and technical teams work together to optimise the quality and compliance of their web properties and drive business growth.

The Role:

As part of the Account Management team, you will partner with clients from some of the world’s greatest organisations, embedding web services into their digital workflow and ensuring mutual success.

Nurturing your own client portfolio across a range of verticals, you will define and employ a range of strategic engagement initiatives to connect with key stakeholders and build strong, long-term customer relationships.

As primary contact for your customers, you’ll work closely with the product support team to ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs as well as optimal integration of the business and identifying opportunities for uplift.

You’ll use Salesforce to report on key account KPI’s and the success of your engagement initiatives.

Our client is a market leader; you’ll need to keep your customer engagement techniques, knowledge of the web and of the market up to date, identifying and attending networking and other events within target markets to keep your competitive edge!

The Person:

  • 2+ years experience of successful account management for web-related products or services (perhaps you have a digital agency/CMS vendor background?)
  • Experience in website quality aspects and best practise such as accessibility, usability, SEO
  • Immaculate English is essential, European language a distinct advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Tech-savvy and passionate about the world of corporate websites
  • Graduate, or similar calibre
