The Company:

We have a great new CRM Specialist role working for a National Property Business, part of a highly successful & profitable Business Services Group in London!

With an enviable brand portfolio, this business is now in a period of great growth and looking for a driven and enthusiastic CRM Executive to join their team.

The Role:

In this role you will be fully responsible for the development and enhancement of the CRM systems and use within the business. They are currently using legacy systems and are looking to consolidate their CRM to one system that can be used across the various business sites and divisions to offer consistency and fantastic communication to external customers, clients and partners as well as internally across departments.

This is a growing business which has received large investment into the continued growth and ability to provide excellent service. As such, there will be challenges to drive the CRM project, gain stakeholder buy-in, train users and develop a system and CRM capable of delivering against key objectives (internally & externally).

The Person:

We are looking for a self-starting CRM specialist who is passion about data and is knowledgeable about how CRM integrates within a business. You must have good experience integrating new CRM software and processes within a business. Happy to lead, help and teach people the benefit of working in a consistent and collaborative way to enhance customer and employee satisfaction.

Candidates with experience in Microsoft Dynamics are beneficial as well as those who have managed a CRM overhaul and new integration. This is not a marketing role, but you will understand the benefit to and be able to work with Marketing & IT – acting as a CRM champion internally for the business.
