The Company:

Our client is a specialist Online Retailer that operates within the B2C and B2B markets. With a market leading proposition they enjoyed significant growth since their inception and are a now a multi-million turnover business with private equity backing. Due to substantial international growth, they are looking to hire a talented Head of Online Acquisition to further develop their online presence.

The Role:

In this role, you will define, implement and drive the online marketing and traffic acquisition strategy both in the UK and Internationally across all channels including but not limited to PPC, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media.
 
The Head of Online Acquisition will:

• Set and implement the worldwide online marketing and traffic acquisition strategy
• Provide the lead to a team of 8
• Manage and allocate £multi-million budgets
• Monitor and analyse performance overall against traffic, CPA and ROI goals
• Increase and drive the exploitation of digital channels to support sales and marketing in local and international markets
• Run consistent reviews and optimisations to drive direct revenue
• Analyse and produce clear, regular and accurate reports on all traffic activity

The Person:

We are looking for a Senior Online Marketing expert with a strong knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing including PPC and SEO.  You will ideally have some international marketing experience and have worked in a Retail or other B2C environment. Most importantly you will have a demonstrable track record in driving significant improvements through digital channels. You will be highly commercial and analytical with first class numeric and communication skills and have experience of managing a team.
